Poor man’s chariot

We returned here by the poor man’s chariot. The poor man’s chariot that spurns real poor men, who do not deserve the air-conditioned comfort of a long distance train .In one sense it is a poor man’s chariot . Considering the low tariff of around Rs.500, for a distance of around 500 kms., the poor man actually bears the burden of our comfortable travel. There seems a heavy subsidy element and obviously it is the poor man who bears the burden. But the comfort is out of  his reach. So much about our socialism.

We  carry a king-size guilt with us. The poor man pulls the chariot. We only hope his chariot will not crush people under its heavy wheels , like a juggernaut., some day.
